Wash tomatoes clean. Then, steam them in steamer.
Whisk eggs and add milk, a small amout of salt, soft sugar and gourmet powder.
Peel the steamed tomatoes and crumb them.
Pour mixed milk-egg juice into crumbed tomato and add proper amount of flour and stir them up with great strength.
Make stirred tomato into cake shape and roast those tomato cakes on pan on soft fire to make sure cakes’ color beautiful.
