Zhangjiajie- SK Direct Tourist Charter Flights Launched

From this day on up till the end of November, there will be one direct tourist charter flight going to and fro between Zhangjiajie City and South Korea every day, making as short a journey as 3 hours to Zhangjiajie for the SK tourists. And the undertaker for this flight line is the China Eastern Air Holding Company.

As the biggest overseas tourist market for Zhangjiajie, SK has annual visitors of 1 million who are heading for the picturesque world heritage here since 2001. The launching of the flight this time would even facilitate their tour, diversify the variety and increase the number of tourists, and maintain a sound and steady development for Zhangjiajie’s tourism industry.

The launching ceremony on the virgin tourist charter flight from Zhangjiajie to South Korea was held at the Hehua (lotus) Airport in Zhangjiajie City on Sept.17.
