Modification of the tour schedule should be informed 25 days Prior to the arrival of the group.

No cancellation fee will be charged when it is informed 15 days in advance of the scheduled arrival of the group. Room cost of the whole group of a day will be charged if the cancelation is received within 15 days before the arrival of the group.but you should pay us the bank transfer service charge(4%).

It is agreed that either party should bear 100% of a day’s room charge as financial losses of delay due to transportation delay.
