Wulingyuan is a globally famous tourist destination for its natural scenery and an ideal place for couples. It is one of China's first batch of UNESCO World Heritage Sites, one of the world's first batch of World Geoparks, the location of "Zhangjiajie landform", China's first national forest park, China's first batch of 5A-level tourist attractions, and national civilized scenic spots.

Tianya Haijiao Scenic Spot is famous for its beautiful and tropical natural beach scenery, profound history and culture, and colorful national customs. It is a popular shooting place for wedding photos.

According to the agreement, the two sides will take mountains and seas as the main line, integrate their most representative tourist spots, and jointly promote cross-regional travel routes, especially the “Zhangjiajie Wulingyuan- Sanya Tianya Haijiao” travel route. Efforts will be made to strengthen tourist source market connectivity, support travel agencies and media to conduct expedition tours, and exchange tourist source. A sign on China love-themed scenic spot will set up at tourist service centers of the two scenic spots. The two sides will jointly produce tourism promotion advertisement. Tourism management cooperation will be further strengthened by sending tourism administrative staff to each side on a regular basis, sharing management experience, and conducting business training. 

Wulingyuan Scenic and Historic Interest Area also announced a nationwide collection of tourism publicity slogan to showcase Wulingyuan’s tourism resource advantages, characteristics and culture. A gold metal is set up, with a bonus of 50,000 yuan.
