In 2019, Zhangjiajie Bai Culture & Art Festival will be held in Jiutiandong Square and Maoyan River Kuzhuzhai Pier on Zhangjiajie west-tour line,from Lunar Calendar March 3rd - 4th (April 7th to April 8th)

“March Street” is a festival that the Bai people gather once a year, and it is also a grand gathering of the Bai people's traditional folk materials exchange and cultural activities. On “March Street”, the local Bai people will perform the best traditional folk culture programs and bring the best handicrafts and local products to the scene for sale.

There are more than 100,000 Bai people in Sangzhi County of Zhangjiajie City. It is the second largest settlement of the Chinese Bai people. For many years, the custom of “March Street” has been preserved.
