High-speed Train Runs Regularly Between Kunming and Changsha

After train G2112 started off from Kunmingnan Railway Station for the first time at 7:50 am on March 1, other four trains departed from here to Changshanan Railway Station in succession. It marks that the high-speed passenger trains between Kunming and Changsha have been added to 17 pairs, running regularly every day with the shortest departure internal of only six minutes.

Changsha is the fourth provincial capital city connecting with Kunming with regular high-speed trains. A single trip between Kunming and Changsha takes about 6 hours.

The regular high-speed trains between Kunming and Changsha will greatly expedite intercity exchanges of labors, goods, and information, as well as tourism resources sharing and collaboration between Yunnan and Hunan provinces, the Kunming Railway Bureau stated.
