Xiangxi Mengdong River-the stream natural preserve 

The stream natural preserve is located in the southern part of Mengdong River scenic spot,covering an area of 130,000 hectares. It is a natural wildlife reserve with hills rolling towards the horizon, trees flourishing and tall ancient vines and trees interlacing with each other unpredictably, where rare and valuable animals inhabit. Of the total, 26 species of trees and 31 kinds of animals have been listed in into the national key protected rare wildlife.
