Zhangjiajie Tuan San is a kind of food with national characteristic in zhangjiajie.
Tuan San is commonly known as “glutinous rice group”,which is a kind of special food of Miao, TuJia, Bai and Han people. With an authentic steamed glutinous rice, people put it into a special board bottom and press with a food pigment to paint the Chinese word “囍” and other auspicious patterns. After cooling and drying, people put them into the storage. Then, when the festival coming, people can send them to relatives and friends.
