Method of Making Mapo Tofu

Prepare well materials like diced tofu, chopped beef, bean sauce, salt, alcohol, dried and chopped red pepper, garlic sprout, bruised ginger, Sichuan peppercorn powder, starch water, soy sauce and a crumb of sugar.

Pour some vegetable oil into the pot and heat it with big fire. After oil heated, put into chopped beef, bean sauce, salt, dried and chopped red pepper, garlic sprout, bruised ginger and fry them together.

Add into diced tofu and boil it on small fire.

After tofu cooked, change small fire into big one. Then, add juice mixed with starch water, sugar, alcohol, gourmet powder and soy sauce. Later, shut down the fire and transfer the tofu to a bowl.

At lasrt, scatter some peppercorn powder on Mapo Tofu. Now, you can have it.
