Notes for Tourist Complaints

Tourist complaints are required to fit the following preconditions:

1.A complainant has to be a visitor, an overseas traveling salesman or a domestic travel operator who has direct interest relationship with that case;

2.A complainant should have a specific person who he wants to complain, detailed complain request and substantiation;

3.Making sure that one’s complaint belongs to the range listed in provisional rules of tourist complaints.

Accepted range of Tourist complaints:

1.One thinks that some travel operator breaches contracts or agreements;

2.One thinks that tourism service offered by some travel operator does not match its price;

3.One thinks that some travel operator intentionally or accidentally causes damage or loses to his luggage;

4.One thinks some travel operator intentionally or accidentally causes personal injury to him;

5.One thinks some travel operator cheat him and hurt his interests;

6.Staff of a tourist business entity accepts rebates without permission and ask for tip;

7.One thinks some travel operator do not meet the service standard agreed in the contract due to his own fault;

8.One thinks the service offered by some operator do not meet national standard or professional standard;

9.Some travel operator causes loss of pre-paid travel fare to travelers since going bankrupt.
