Sangzhi Zhanggu dancing has live rhythm. People dance in a happy mood under the coordination of gongs, drums and sunrays and other national instruments.

Without any restrictions, Bai people can use farm tools or other living tools as properties. In addition, Zhanggu dancing has some dynamic characteristics because of the environmental influences.
